>>As I will no doubt have most of the spec re-written today, I would like us to get together and go over the spec so-far together to high-light any concerns etc. As I mentioned before most of the specs for the individual tools will represent lengthy reiterations of functions from other tools. I therefore feel it would be most productive given the time scales for us to get the meeting out of the way and for me to type up (cut and paste, cut and paste) the remainder of the final spec and build the prototypes, which should then represent our finalised agreement. When would be convenient for you?

>Super. What about tonight after work? Around 6pm?

Probably a bit tricky. I would prefer to get together during office hours more now that the project is a goer.

It might be logical for you to pop over here as I have all the documentation etc. to hand on my computer. Would this afternoon suit you? Or would you prefer tommorrow?

>To me, though, the prototypes (skeletons) are more useful than the specs.

Agreed, but I will need to finalise the spec with you before I can usefully complete them. The pages themselves to be templated are very simple, so you may even be able to make these up for me to style later, provided you know the access structure.

Cool.
