Ok, these are the files (they're already done and uploaded):

hq.html Borehamwood
newt.html Newton Abbot
bourne.html Wallisdown (Bournemouth)
manch.html National Sales (not on the csv)

No, HP20 and HP21 is Andover, but HP2 and HP23 is Borehamwood. They have
to put in the correct postcode:
If they put HP2, they'll go to Borehamwood.
If they put in HP2 1AH they'll also go to Borehamwood because the
script should ignore any spaces and any text afer a space.
If they put HP21 4AH they'll go to Andover (as above)
If they put HP214AH the script will assume it's HP21 and send them to
Borehamwood. If they then ring Borehamwood the switchboard operator will
realise the user entered an incorrect postcode and transfer them to
Andover.

No, sorry. I should have told you. All incorrect or unrecognised postcodes
should redirect to manch.html (National Sales). The national sales team
will, on the phone, transfer somebody to the correct area. All e-mails are
received by the same PC at Head Office, so they're all be transferred at
source anyway.

Hope that clears it up. I got your message about the Search script. Wonder
if Netcom will get it done this weekend? Will you have the depot locator
submitted to them by Monday?
