For the first run I am making the following assumptions:

1. There will be depot pages at the top level.
2. These pages should be presented in the _top window
3. Only Postcodes need to be searched for
4. The Area is irrelevant
5. If the user types in BN3, and the data contains just BN then user is directed to page
6. If user puts in HP4 (not in list) then user redirected to notfound.html
