This page is about our procedures and documents. The documents identified as necessary for each project at our first AGM are:

  2. Requirement Specification - (current version)
  3. Functional Specification - (current version)
  4. Architecture Document - (current version)
  5. Implementation Plan (previously known as Project Plan). This describes who does what, and in what order, and details deadlines etc. - (current version)
  6. Acceptance / Test Plan - (current version)
  7. Review - (current version)
  8. Quality Plan. It was not clearly defined what was included in a quality plan, and it was decided that the issue required further debate.

These procedures are based on the documentation required for ISO-9000 purposes. There is a brief synopsis of these requirements on the philosophy message board.
