Tim,

Yes, yes, yes - we do need paneris.org, and
the java utils name space makes the issue more urgent.

You are currently holding a Paneris fund, so could you
set it in motion and pay the bill.

In general I think that the migration from paneris to
panerisII will be facilitated by having a live and a development site,
until the paneris.co.uk can be safely mothballed, or left to
my naff purposes or whatever.
