I got the newest Kaffe; I think it nearly works on JRun.
The problem is that JRun uses serialisation to save its
session state in a Hashtable. Serialisation of Hashtables
in particular is the subject of some cussing in the
Kaffe Known Bugs FAQ :) !

It might simply be a matter of erasing JRun's state files
and forcing it to recreate them using Kaffe's serialiser.
Dunno, will try sometime.
