Like it generally, except that the "Detailed requirements"
is what is meant to go in the functional spec (how it
looks).Also the idea is that in users and services you list the
users and in some detail the services it offers them,
for instance, who gets what change control access,
etc. ie as much as you can without actually moving
into specifying the details of the interface
