but the fact that you have to tell us what they mean indicates that they don't do their job. remember 'a pic is worth 1000 words'?, well a good navigation button is worth a paragraph.

surely your log anaylser can easily filter out the pics.

difficult (and you end up with bigger html than you graphics are (much)). consider:
is represented by 4 bits in a 16 color gif.

cool. I agree we need several 'views', I would like to see a 'messageboards only' view.

cool. the important thing is the default interface as 90% of users do not change their default settings (even for their desktop environment).
