webmacro update

Chippy,

I have fixed the problems in upload.java, and updated cvs and checked back out to update paneris.org

This is where I have got stuck

I have added /usr/local/webmacro/examples to the classpath so that the test servelts can run, but I don't understand how you have set the template sym link, at present, /usr/local/share/tempaltes/sugar contains all the templates for sugar, whereas they should be in /usr/local/share/tempaltes/sugar/templates

can you take a look please.
