I don't have a problem with customers being given the password.

I also do not think that customers would be able or
willing to look at what is essentially our payroll
system, for jobs which go on for considerable lengths of
time, deduce how much we are charging IWay, infer from that
what IWays markup is and then challenge IWay,
it would not be professional or accurate.

Our contracts, specifications, quality control
and acceptance procedures are so slack that this is how people
will go about challenging prices.

I would very much like to remove the password, as soon as the argument
has been won, but felt that adding a password was the way to illustrate
how difficult it is to work with passwords, and to be responsive to our clients
concerns.
