So I figured that the developer rate is _marked-up_ by 20%, therefor working the other way (to establish the developer rate) you would expect to divide by 1.2.Of course we could change this, when we discussed a £40 rate we figured on the developer getting £32 (80%), whereas following our existing system would mean the developer getting £33.33 per hour.
I personally don't care which way we do it, but perhaps we should decide?
