The current password system prevents customers from visiting their own area. Is this deliberate? If so, can we to give the password out to customers?Re: security policy:
I think this should be addressed on an ad-hoc basis, I would like to think that the password protecting of the i-way invoices would be the only area that requires protection.
I am not sure I follow the argument that development costs should be confidential, surely transparency encourages trust and therefor customer loyalty? Perhaps there has been a specific incident that has sparked off this action?
