Overwritten files

Boys,

The default filesnames for the structural files on paneris
have changed from:

.htm ->.html

Unfortunatly I deleted the old index.htm, which should/doesn't matter
for nodes that are created by generate,
but private nodes, such as glastonbury, have been lost.

This probably hasn't efected anyone else.

The modify_page script now can modify modification templates.

I can now distinguish between hidden nodes (such as system)
and forbidden nodes such as logs or cgi-bin.

If a node, such as glastonbury, has a non-generated index.html
then a file called paneris_view.html is avilable instead.
