The TODO script had a small error in it, so the
estimate and actual dates were confused. This has now been fixed.To Remind you:
Target Date is the original date that the action was intended to
be finished by.
Estimate Date is the date that it is curently expected
that the action will be finished.
Actual Date is the date that the action was completed.The script now works as follows:
If the estimate date is greater than the target date
Status = orange
If the target date is still in the future
Status = green
If the target date has been missed and the estimate has not been revised
Status = redI am not sure whether we need to improve this system.
It works well for small projects, but as it shows all
actions, completed or not, then it would be very cumbersome
for a project such as Bloomsbury, which has many,
many actions, most of which are completed.
