Alter 'Create Project' script...?

Dear Tim,

Could you alter the 'Create Project' script so that instead of
the three links to the PMS system (labelled 'Tasks', 'Timesheets'
and 'Project Status') we create one link (called 'Project Report'?)
with a href of:

http://panerisdev.i-way.co.uk/PM/cgi-bin/pm_project_report.pl?projects=Rapport

where 'Rapport' should be replaced with the name of the project.
