New version of htmlutil and new tags

I have just added three tags to site_ini.pl, but to get them to
work I had to do a little bug fixing, so please let me know if
anything breaks.

The tags are:

AmazonHome
AmazonSearch
AmazonISBN$1AmazonISBN

Which result in:

In Association with amazon.co.uk
