Which one?

We would benefit substantially from having a free ISP (700 gbp per quarter).

If they offer fixed IPs then you can add that to KNOWN in site_ini.pl.
A more dodgy/less reliable mechanism is to put only the first 3 chunks of the IP quartet in,
but this only works a bit with variable IP addresses.
