HELP,

I cannot get the transform_input sub-routine to work.

What it is meant to do is enable one to invent tags, such at , or , but it won't
evaluate the $1.

If this were implemented, then I could get rid of the double bracket mechanism,
and people could invent any tags they liked.

(Tag definitions are held in the site ini file).
