New node names

All,

I am a bit stuck on what to call some new nodes under system.

1. A node for the messaging system
2. A node for the change control system
3. A node for the new box (under system/setup)

I think that we want a rather non-standard messaging system,
in particular I would like to see it to include quara
handling and voting.
So it would need a special name (COMMENT = Co-Operative Messaging Mangling ENTity)

CCS would do for Change Control System

The new box might be called NS (Non-Serviam :)

Anyway, names are so important that I thought I should CFV.
