Paneirs pages can be modified online. Every time a page is created an email is generated.
A busy site creates a lot of email traffic and, as Paneris hots up, this becomes increasingly tiresome.
Also the fact that people can easily see how acurately you type is not does not help spontineity.
So all of the site generated mail is housed here.
Only the create and delete messages are sent to the Paneris mailing list.
