Insert new record bug?

Hi tim,

It seems as though there may be a small problem with insert.

It has happened twice, the second time I think I saw what happened.

Pressed http://www.paneris.org/webmacro/Administration?db=PFETrack&table=sale_terms_lookup

pressed
http://www.paneris.org/webmacro/AdministrationEdit?db=PFETrack&table=sale_terms_lookup&id=0

entered details

Pressed update, got webmacro error. Cannot insert into table with duplicate key.

Pressed 'back'
Pressed update
All worked, still works now.

So I think it is a bug that only shows up after an apachectrl restart.

Any ideas?
