The left hand frame lets you navigate around the site. At this level there three main headings:

Our associates, workers and project leaders are listed under People.
Our current customers are given under Companies. On each customer's page there are links to that customer's projects.
Sales related stuff if held under Sales.

The top frame lets you look at the following details for the particular section of the site (i.e. current node) that you are viewing at the time:

Contents gives you a detailed listing of all files at the current node
Search lets you search from that node downwards for your keywords
Message gives you a list of messages about the current node, and lets you start a new thread
