got a lead from the HOOP site, here is the correspondance, check out his site.

:)

Hello Tim

The server does run java servlets and custom pearl cgi-bin scripts. pearl would
be better for this server I feel.
The customers can pick their own passwords
I want the members to enter through a certain page, no one should be able to
book mark a page in the site and enter without being promted for their password.

I currently have a credit card transaction company in place they are called
itransact
I would like to have the customer choose the passwords after they have submitted
their order. Itransact processes ordes in real time it only takes about one
minute to find out if the card number is valid, at that point they would be able
to choose a password and enter the site. there are currently three payment
options for customers 1 month, six months and one year. the program will have to
be able to keep track of the expiration dates. Customers will have full access
after they log into the site.
I hope I answered all questions clearly. OOOpppsss almost forgot

Best
Regards

Gary
