How busy is everyone?

I'm very busy, and likely to let down customers (only i-way :) in the near future.

supply and demand indicates that i should put up my prices.

this raises loads of issues:

1) should we charge differently for html / data entry / design / programming / consultancy
2) should we as individuals charge different rates
3) we could up the rate for paneris overall to say £50 or £60 ph, and let the non-programming work drop off. what would this mean for non-programming members of paneris? Would we like to narrow the niche of paneris to "providing community services for web programmers" (instead of the broader "web developers")? what about the "one stop shop"?
4) what about the "living wage" principal.
5) where are we going? (you don't have to answer this one)
