Speaking, as I do, from the point of view of a designer in the Arts field,
I have always found "peer-group critique" to be invaluable in both terms
of individual and group development, as well as establishing when
something is _really_ right.

I also suspect that Paneris, as an organisation, is particularly well
placed to conduct this kind of procedure as full documentation on project
histories is available to all as a basis for critique.

I shall look forward to seeing how you proceed and expect that it will
provide a useful insight into the working methodologies of programmers for
the less technically bent among us.
