There are no precautions available, and to attempt to put them in place will be more
trouble than it is worth.The rules state:
We will not do business with a customer's client without written permission from the customer.
We will not take work directly from a customer introduced to us by another member without written permission.
Customers introduced to a Paneris Member by another may not approach the second with work without written permission from the first.Essentially any member who nicks another member's clients
is expelling themselves from paneris, as are any partners who accept such
work.This has not been fully understood by some members or partners,
but it let it be understood now, nick a customer and you are
disqualifying yourself from Paneris.yours
