As TimJ said, the way we work is really buried in the code.
There are few, if any, good overviews or other documents, in fact I tend to refer to your emails over the years, and our conversation at 227 Banbury Road.

The objectives have been variously characterised, but Chippy put succinctly the
minimum objective: to become a functioning marketplace for small outsourced jobs.

We are very close to this now. We certainly have a functioning Time Recording System, Invoicing System and the rudiments of a project planning and administartion system.

Whilst we still do not have any strangers on the team, the idea is that
anyone with skills to offer (not necessarily in programming, anything digital)
can join and swell the workforce.

What we have not yet been able to do is create tentative projects.
We should expect to be able to think up a project, describe and estimate it,
and then Paneris provide the project owner with a project team and, more importantly, a customer or customer consortium to fund it.
