IP Address not recognised

Hi All,

Due to recent revisions in security, I now seem unable to
use the system make changes on the PMS system.

I assume that my IP address will rarely be the same twice
as my dial-up service assigns dynamic addresses.

Would "registered user" passwords not suffice to prevent
unauthorised changes?
