Our Malpas mill accommodates modern plant and equipment, which guarantees highly efficient production of top quality feeds. The mill, which focuses on ruminant nutrition, comprises a single ration line with 30 blending bins.

Mixing, sieving and grinding of the raw materials is carried out in one single, efficient operation with equipment designed and patented by the Waterhouse family

These materials are then pressure conditioned with steam in an annular gap expander - the first in the world to be used for the production of ruminant diets.

In 1998, we extended the outloading capacity, replaced a grinder with increased volume and throughput, and introduced new material separation facilities.

Our latest investment includes vegetable oil and molasses spray equipment with electronic metering for improved accuracy.
