The Room presents an original collection of contemporary works by British based designers. All the pieces are made by hand and signed by the artist. Some designs are exclusive to The Room. Others are one-off works of art from a series, or part of a limited edition. The rest are, quite simply, handmade. The works embody the creativity and personality of the designers, many of whom use age-old techniques that have hardly changed through the centuries. It is that human quality and craftmanship which is the beauty of the collection.
