It is required that a form be made available on the site for users to send feedback to SPEEDO in response to a brief questionairre.
Once the form is filled in the contents will be sent to an email address at Pentland for later use.
It is hoped that this system will be revised over the next year so that more useful statistics may gathered into a database regarding users and their comments. However, as SPEEDO's requirements are unclear at this time and will take some time to define, this will be treated as a separate project at a future time.
The questions required in the form are currently on the feedback page together with the address the parsed input is to be sent to. The answers will take the form of multiple choice responses using radio buttons.
As the questionairre contains mostly feedback regarding the site design it would be useful for the information to also be sent to an address at TSL.
It is also required that the user enter basic details about themselves such as name and email address.
