It is our belief that new communications technolgoy and computing power offer the opportunity to work more effectively, delivering higher quality to our customers and higher quality of life to our contributors.

We ask that our customers join in the spirit of innovation and bear with us where the details are a bit thin.

The charge for a project is either based upon the actual hours worked multiplied by the rate for the people involved or a fixed price job against a specification.

Where writing the specificaton is part of the job these costs will be included in the cost of the job.

Payment Terms

To maintain our lean pricing policy we need to have rapid payment of invoices, whilst we all have understanding bank managers late payment means work is being done on credit and credit costs.

Invoices are presented on the web and notified by email, with the date of presentation on them.

The invoice may, if required, also be printed and posted.

Either way the date of presentation is the start of the clock ticking. The customer has a period, currently set at 10 days, to pay.

Penalty Payments

The penalty payments are calculated based upon 1% per week or part week over the payment period:

Project Roles

PanEris has a number of partners, each of which is 'owned' by a PanEris member. The owner has authority to allow or disallow paneris members to work for that partner.

Projects are led by a paneris member, who negotiates with the Partner and, if not the owner of the partner, with the owner. The project leader is responsible for estimates, budgets, delivery etc.

On any project there are workers who produce work specified by the project leader.

This arrangement does not differ from that of any project oriented corporate organisation, except that it is more fluid and more heterogeneous, as a particular member might be an owner, a project leader and a worker at the same time on different projects.
