Project Roles
PanEris has a number of partners, each of which is 'owned' by a PanEris member.
The owner has authority to allow or disallow paneris members to work for that partner.
Projects are led by a paneris member, who negotiates with the Partner and, if
not the owner of the partner, with the owner. The
project leader is responsible for estimates, budgets, delivery etc.
On any project there are workers who
produce work specified by the project leader.
This arrangement does not differ from that of any project oriented
corporate organisation, except that it is more fluid and
more heterogeneous, as a particular member might be
an owner, a project leader and a worker
at the same time on different projects.
