This page will allow an Insurance Claim to be submitted to White and Wilson. The page will be very simple initially, as much of the claim will still be handled in a conventional manner. It may be possible to further automate the Claims process in the future. Claims will arrive via email.
2 forms will be presneted, a 'quick' form that will allow people to notify WW about the claim, and a full form that will allow a claim to be actually submitted online.
