They are building a new database of all subscribers details, in what was
not known at time I last spoke to her.

The monthly updating and uploading will be quoted for and we expect to
run any programs at Chameleon. We envisage something like £500 an issue
so hope that the program and process will be part of the main quote from
you Tim.

We are installing a new NT server her very soon that maybe able to host
the on-line journals, or we could may be use a unix server in the
university".

Make suggestions here. It seems better to use their own NT on site I
think.

we aim to keep this relatively inexpensive (say two days work)

password protected with agreed word in lower case.
