Brief:

I need a simple script for our next project for a timber merchant who has depots around the country. Users to the website will be presented with a Submit button exactly like this:

that allows them to enter their region and will redirect them to the appropriate Depot HTML page that matches their query. On error it will direct them to an ERROR.HTML file the same Submit box. I'm imagining a script that queries a TXT/CSV file or some such thing, but I'm sure you have something eminently suitable. The regions will probably be postcodes rather than counties, but will be confirmed by the client.
