The client has noted requests from his various partners that their data be downloadable in an Excel-type format (I suspect we could do it in CSV). It appears that many of the businesses in this industry are given this type of data in spreadsheet form for their own personal use. He would like to be able to offer them the same.

Eg, a user (Importer or Agent) generates a report. He can print this out, but he should then be given the opportunity to download this report as a CSV or something similar.
