The Copy Previous Info button is moved up to the top of the form. It should address a text field, not a drop down list (as time passes, this list would become unmanageably long, hence a text entry field). If the user gets it wrong, he should get an error page. This function must copy all of the Purchase Order fields from that order, leaving all of the Shipping and Status Information blank. |

2. | Product Type needs to be a drop-down list of previously entered values. It will therefore require an Add Type function similar to Add Supplier. Click the button for the Add Type template. |

3. | If a user adds a supplier or, as above, a product type, the user is taken to the separate data entry screen and enters the requires new data. However, he will already have entered some data into Add Order. When, on completion, PFETrack returns him to the updated Add Order, the details previously entered (eg, Purchase Order, Importer) must still be there. |
