Dear Tim,

I was busy last night and did not get back home until 12.15. My apologies to Matt.

In order to send you a new Agreement we need to resolve the situation of the new Terms. Your last letter clearly did not indicate your agreement to these.

So that I can send a new Agreement to you, can you please discuss among yourselves the options I proposed in my last letter (copy enclosed) and e-mail me with the choice you prefer. I can then prepare and send the new Agreement by return.

Please also confirm that you accept the amendments as from 1^st July 1999 and that you will arrange a direct debit to facilitate future payments. As soon as this is sorted we can discuss the other outstanding matters and deal effectively with these.
