Little Park Mansions is a small 18th century English stately home in Hampshire, England which has been converted into twelve separate flats since the early 1950s. I bought Number 3 in 1988 in a dire state (the photos are still analog I am afraid). From 1988 through to 1992 I refurbished all the rooms, and then let it out to sharers from 1992 until September last year. Since which time I have given the flat a complete overhaul. I am now looking for an older, more professional tenant who is interested in computers, gardening or both. Communications between the builder, agent, landlord (myself) and tenant can be viewed here.
