The garden is a couple of acres. It is maintained to a minimum standard by the leaseholder. The plants and many of the trees have been planted by the tenants. The garden has a shed, mature woodland, a set of garages, a stone water trough, all sorts. The traces of the original park setting and a tennis court are still visible. The garden is bounded by a field on one side, Titchfield Lane on the other and butts onto the wall of the old walled kitchen garden at one end. |
